Fixed and permeabilized HeLa cells stained with Alexa Fluor® 350 phalloidin (Cat. no. A22281) and Mouse anti ATP Synthase Subunit IF1 Monoclonal Antibody (Cat. no. A21355) to label actin filaments and the mitochondria, respectively. An anti–cdc6 peptide antibody (Cat. no. A21286) was used to label the nucleus. The anti–OxPhos Complex V inhibitor protein antibody was labeled with the Zenon® Alexa Fluor® 488 Mouse IgG1 Labeling Kit (Cat. no. Z25002), and the anti–cdc6 peptide antibody was labeled with the Zenon® Alexa Fluor® 568 Mouse IgG1 Labeling Kit (Cat. no. Z25006).
