Live J774 macrophage cells.

Live J774 macrophage cells labeled with BODIPY FL C5-ganglioside GM1 (Cat. No. B13950), and then with Alexa Fluor 555 cholera toxin subunit B conjugate (Cat. No. C22843; also available as a component of Cat. No. V34404). Cells were then treated with anti–CT-B antibody (a component of Cat. No. V34404) to induce crosslinking. Yellow fluorescence indicates colocalization of the two dyes. Nuclei were stained with the blue-fluorescent Hoechst 33342 dye (Cat. No. H1399, H3570, H21492).
