- Once you have submitted this information, a member of our customer care team will validate this information and process the linkage within 48 hours (this may take longer if your organisation/institution is new to Thermo Fisher Scientific). You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your account is linked to begin placing orders online. Any agreed contract pricing will also be reflected on the website when you are logged in after your account is linked.
