Terms and conditions
This workflow sample box commences on 01 April 2024 and concludes on 30 November 2024. The sample box offer is open to Thermo Fisher Scientific customers in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands who agree to these conditions of entry. To be eligible for the sample trial, sponsor must receive the sample pack order form no later than 5:00 PM AEST on 30 November 2024 or until sample packs are depleted, whichever comes first. A maximum of one sample pack per customer is on offer. The sample pack includes one free gift, a glass drink bottle (retail value AUD$20). Gift is not transferable. No refunds, cash or substitution are allowed. Healthcare Professionals may not participate in this Trial. The term Healthcare Professionals includes individuals (clinical or non-clinical physicians, including MDs and MDs/Ph.D.’s), physician assistants, nurses, technicians, research coordinators, administrators and purchasing personnel) and entities (including hospitals, rehabilitation centres, nursing facilities, home health agencies, clinics and group purchasing organizations, managed care organizations, physician group practices and medical directors for health insurance organizations) and their employees and representatives involved in the actual provision of health care services.
