Cold storage and ULT freezers

Ultra-low temperature freezers – demystifying the challenges with cold storage

For more than 70 years, Thermo Scientific Ultra-Low Temperature (ULT) freezers have been protecting and preserving some of the world’s most valuable biological samples. Our portfolio of -80°C and -40°C cold storage products are built to deliver uncompromising reliability because we know your samples are priceless and irreplaceable. But our obsession with freezer performance doesn’t end with reliability, it starts there.

Through deep experience and collaboration with customers at leading labs around the world, our ULT freezers have undergone advancements to now incorporate energy efficiency, sustainability, storage space optimisation, ergonomics and longer operational lives.
