Learn how next generation sequencing (NGS) can transform your food fraud testing

Safeguarding the food authenticity of your products, not only protects consumer interests and health, it protects your product’s and brand’s reputation. With the use of NGS, it is possible to identify ingredients down to an original supplier, getting an unparalleled look into its raw ingredients.

With this on-demand webinar, our Thermo Fisher Scientific experts discuss the use of next generation sequencing (NGS) for food fraud analysis.

The on-demand webinar will introduce:

  • The food fraud scenario
  • Market challenges and requirements
  • Targeted vs untargeted approach for food fraud analysis
  • The use of small DNA fragments for highly processed food analysis
  • How to make NGS a routine method for testing food fraud
