The recently unveiled ultra-fast scanning Thermo Scientific Orbitrap Astral mass spectrometer is a game-changer for comprehensive proteome coverage and high-throughput biomedical applications. In this webcast, Dr. Jesper V. Olsen of the University of Copenhagen will describe the capabilities in data-independent acquisition (DIA) mode with narrow quadrupole isolation windows in combination with short LC gradients.

Register to learn:

  • Benefits of narrow-window data-independent acquisition (DIA)
  • How to acquire comprehensive human proteomes within hours
  • Optimise methods for low input samples, including single cells
