Multiplexed target fragment analysis for detection of viral pathogens, including SARS-CoV-2
While a wide variety of genetic analysis techniques can be used to detect pathogenic organisms, including viruses, a rapid, simple, and sensitive method is needed in which multiple targets can be processed and analyzed at the same time. In this application note, we describe a simple workflow in which multiple applications form a pathogenic virus ca be analyzed using fragment analysis.
