webinar-cell-free-dna-950x250

This webinar will describe the implementation of the Oncomine Lung cfDNA Assay from Thermo Fisher Scientific in the Advanced Molecular Diagnostic Laboratory at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre in Toronto, Canada. Dr. Stockley will describe the Princess Margaret experience using the Oncomine Lung cfDNA assay for detection of variants in circulating cell-free DNA from non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) samples. The usefulness of detection of the EGFR T790M resistance mutation in cell-free DNA, and comparison to EGFR T790M detection by droplet digital PCR (ddPCR), will also be presented.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the utility of the Oncomine Lung cfDNA for testing of cell-free DNA for NSCLC
  • Describe the advantages of using the Oncomine Lung cfDNA for detection of the EGFR T790M resistance mutation as compared to droplet digital PCR (ddPCR)

For RUO. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
