Last ship date for temperature sensitive items:

To ensure temperature sensitive items are not in transit over public holidays, last ship dates, unless otherwise planned will be:

  • Prior to Christmas Day: Monday, 18th December
  • Prior to New Year’s Day: Wednesday, 27th December

Our operations will be closed:

  • Christmas Day Holiday: Monday, 25th December
  • Boxing Day Holiday: Tuesday, 26th December
  • New Year’s Day Holiday: Monday, 1st January 2024
  • Day after New Year’s Day: Tuesday, 2nd January 2024 (NZ only)

* Please note there will be an early close of 12:00 pm AEDT / 12:00 pm NZDT on Friday, 22nd December and Friday, 29th December.
* Last orders need to be entered by 10:00 am.

Normal operations and shipping schedules resume in Australia on Tuesday, 2nd January 2024, and in New Zealand on Wednesday, 3rd January 2024.
