There are several ways to obtain Certificates of Analysis / Certificates of Conformance:

  • On the homepage, or any page within thermofisher.com, select from the navigation bar at the top of each page. From the Support page select Certificates of Analysis and Conformance under Product Documentation. You can then search for certificates by lot number or catalog number.
  • On a product page, you can download directly (where possible) or search for certificates by lot number in the Documents section.
  • If you cannot locate a catalog product or a certificate online, please contact us

Up to mid-May 2021 our quotations synchronised with our system for online ordering via GoDirect for the majority of items.  New quotations produced after mid-May will synchronise to our new system for orders to be processed online at thermofisher.com for the majority of items.

If you have a valid quote number, please simply enter it in the special instructions section and we will pick up that comment and ensure your order is processed at the special quotation pricing.

We expect this will come up for the first month or two of our transition period as we work to update quotes via a renewal process.

Please log in to your account to see any customer specific pricing already set-up for you to take advantage of at any time without a specific quote reference.

Alternatively, please send your request to ANZinfo@thermofisher.com with 'Quote Renewal for SFxxxxxxxx' in the subject heading.  This will help us to prioritise your request and get you a new quote ASAP.  Please  let us know if all the items in the quote are still of interest, if the quantities are correct and/or if we can help add any additional items for your consideration.
