Work alone solutions for every industry

Blackline Safety is a leader in connected safety monitoring, with innovative solutions to support lone workers, evacuation management, and your environmental gas detection needs. The safety monitoring solutions deliver instant awareness and connectivity for every industry, location, job, and scenario.

Overview

The Blackline Safety G7 lone worker device wirelessly connects your team to real people. Blackline puts the tools in your hands to watch over your own team, or you can leave the monitoring to the Blackline in-house 24/7 Safety Operations Center (SOC).

Employees who face an incident are under incredible pressure. Even if they can’t respond to a two-way voice call or text message, G7 brings comfort when its blue LiveResponse™ light turns on—which means the alert was received, and help is on the way.

For situations where a threat needs to be communicated broadly to your team, monitoring personnel can mass-notify your choice of personnel at one or more sites. Confidently account for everyone’s well-being and whereabouts in real-time, and be equipped to act when someone needs a hand.

The G7 is completely customisable with an exclusive modular design to accommodate diverse gas detection and safety monitoring needs.

  • Single-gas cartridges provide targeted gas detection for environments with specific gas hazards.
  • Multi-gas diffusion cartridges support two to four gas sensors and up to five gases, with pump option, when fitted with a dual-toxic COSH sensor.
  • G7 sensors and pumps feature a lifetime warranty.

Blackline G7 Beacon

In certain facilities, GPS signals alone may not provide sufficient positioning precision to locate employees during an emergency response. In such circumstances, every second counts, and time wasted searching for someone could mean the difference between rescue and recovery.

Location Beacons are compact wireless positioning transmitters that are installed where employees operate, from one per floor to one per room, depending on facility size and operations. Beacon locations are then recorded on custom floor or site plans on a live map in Blackline Live, Blackline's safety monitoring software, so you always know exactly where your people are in the context of their surroundings.  Beacons are self-powered and affordable, taking only minutes to install without any calibration or triangulation.  When personnel are within proximity of beacons, the G7 devices store the nearby beacon identities and report their location to Blackline Live.

Blackline G7 Dock

Blackline Safety’s G7 Dock is the simple solution to easily calibrating, bump testing, and charging G7 gas monitoring devices. Docks can be used with both G7c and G7x devices and supports G7 Single-gas and Quad-gas cartridges.

Bump tests and calibrations are straightforward, performed by simply placing G7 into the dock and using the inserted G7 device's LCD screen and menu system. If a G7 device is due for a bump test and/or calibration, it will automatically perform the required test actions when placed into the dock and the lid closed. All test results are communicated in real-time to the user's Blackline Live account after test actions are complete.

Blackline Live web portal

Blackline's safety monitoring and gas detection solutions deliver complete customisation and 24/7 real-time safety monitoring for any application.

The Blackline Live web portal provides businesses self-monitoring and situational awareness of their workers, in real-time, allowing them to respond quickly to emergency situations.

Alternatively, this service may be carried out by Blackline’s Safety Operations Center (SOC), focusing exclusively on monitoring the well-being of employees' safety. Unlike traditional call centres that often split focus between telemarketing and IT support, the SOC is staffed with professionally-trained monitoring agents 365 days a year.
