Real Tech Controller Pro

Controllers

Choose from two controller options offering two different operator interfaces. The Real Controller Pro has a 10” colour LCD Touch screen graphical interface and adds ModBus TCP to the standard range of communication options which include Modbus (RS485). This also features optional WIFI, 4–20 mA, and a cellular modem. The Real Controller is a more compact controller with a simplified interface consisting of a 4-line x 20-character backlit LCD and five push buttons to control a comprehensive hierarchical menu system. A controller will be connected to one or more sensors.

Bypass multi-parameter sensors

Bypass sensors use a pump to draw the sample into the sensor for analysis. The choice of sensor will depend on the number and type of parameters being measured. Sensors range from 2 fixed wavelengths for simple matrices and a limited number of parameters, to full spectral scanning systems for complex matrices and numerous parameters.

Submersible probes

Probe sensors are submerged in the sample matrix and connected to a Controller. All Probe sensors benefit from long-life UV LED technology and automatic compressed air cleaning, so stable measurements are obtained with minimal maintenance requirements.

  • MA Series probe–a dual wavelength sensor for monitoring TOC, DOC, UV254, UVT, TSS, and colour
  • SA Series Probe–a multi-wavelength probe sensor for monitoring BOD, COD, TOC, DOC, UV254, UVT, TSS, colour, and O3

UV254 instruments

UV254 is a measurement of the amount of light absorbed by organic compounds, specifically aromatic, in a water sample, and uses ultraviolet light at the 254 nm wavelength. UV254 products include:

  • P UV254 meter–a lab/portable field meter in a robust carry case for fast and simple grab sampling for measurement of UV254 or UVT.
  • M UV254 analyzer–an online analyzer which offers an affordable and accurate solution for real-time UV254, UVT, DOC, TOC, and Colour monitoring, in which the controller and bypass sensor are built into one unit.
  • S UV254 probe–a submersible probe sensor which offers an affordable and accurate solution for real-time UV254 or UVT monitoring where a submersible probe is required (requires Real Controller).
