Without compromising on high standards of quality and reliability, ACS wanted to avoid the costs of design and engineering normally associated with the customised walk-in chambers while reducing delivery times to twelve weeks or less. This modular walk-in chamber design is comprised of four basic elements with configurations that can be customised to suit your requirements–a cooling unit, air treatment unit, user interface, and test room.

Accelerated Testing is used to quickly detect any inherent design and manufacturing flaws. The HALT method (Highly Accelerated Life Testing) is mainly utilised to carry out timely corrective actions during the design phase of the product while the HASS method (Highly Accelerated Stress Screening) is performed to detect defects during the production phase of the product.
Benefits:
Featuring a vibration table with acceleration up to 100 gRMS, ACS Ultra High Stress chambers are the perfect tool to design and verify new generation products that are characterised by robustness and reliability.
ACS chambers for testing aerospace components and products, satellites or equipment used on board the satellites are designed to reproduce the harsh operating conditions that characterise one of the most challenging environments for environmental simulation: space.
The ACS brand has acquired a strong leadership position in the aerospace sector, one of the most challenging environment for simulation. After the first Thermal Vacuum Chamber (TVC) in 1988, Angelantoni became one of the few leading international manufacturers at international level, and a supplier for the most important space research centers testing satellites, subsystems, and components.
Vacuum chambers are available in standard 150 L, 500 L, and 1,000 L capacities. A special wall thermoregulation system (optional) guarantees the best functioning below 300 mbar, thermoregulating the test environment by radiation.
This range of altitude chambers is also available in both thermostatic (temperature and pressure control) and climatic (temperature, pressure, and humidity control) versions. 500 L and 1000 L models can be supplied in the ES version.
Climatic chambers for corrosion testing can help predict the resistance of materials in order to estimate the life cycle of the components, compare different products and evaluate the behavior of a coating in a specific corrosive environment.
The Angelantoni DCTC™ Dry Corrosion Test Chambers carry out incisive stress testing such as “scab” and “filiform” corrosion as well as traditional salt spray tests (continuous, alternate, etc.) in compliance with the main international standards and norms. VDA, SAE J2334, and Kesternich tests are available as standardized options, while DCTC™ can perform any other test on request according to your requirements.
MyKratos™ software is the management software embedded on the machine in a dedicated, totally integrated hardware module that permits the control and management of the chamber’s functions.
The MyKratos™ application is embedded in the machine and requires no installation, and can be accessed in different ways:
Regardless of the device used, to control the chamber the operator will always have the same software available with the same graphical interface, without having to resort to the installation of additional software.
MyKratos™ allows multiuser and multilevel connections, even from different devices. Once the chamber enters run mode, the user who started the test becomes its sole manager, allowing others to consult it in read-only mode and to set subsequent cycles. All data is saved within the chamber’s built-in data logger, so it is always available to users regardless of the device used.
