BPAE cells fixed and permeabilized using the Image-iT® Fixation/Permeabilization Kit.

BPAE cells were fixed and permeabilized using the Image-iT® Fixation/Permeabilization Kit (R37602). The mitochondrial ox-phos complex V inhibitor protein was stained using primary antibody: Mouse anti ATP Synthase Subunit IF1 Monoclonal Antibody, (clone 5E2D7) (A21355) detected with a goat anti-mouse Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (A11029). Actin was stained using Alexa Fluor® 594 phalloidin (A12381) and nuclei were stained using NucBlue Live Cell Stain (R37605). Slides were mounted using ProLong® Gold Antifade Kit (P7481) and images were acquired on the FLoid™ Cell Imaging Station (4471136).
