Workflows for the analysis oligonucleotides by high resolution LCMS to support therapeutic drug development can often cover a wide range of modalities, ranging from heavily modified sequences to very large chains that exceed more than 50 nucleotide bases. The analytical need to support such complex and varied oligonucleotide sequences requires both high quality LCMS data as well as comprehensive and easy to use data processing tools.
In this webinar, we will explore the data quality produced by the high-resolution LCMS analysis of a range of oligonucleotides sequences as well as the setup and processing of the subsequent results. Tools and workflows designed to automatically identify and confirm both full length product as well as product impurities will be discussed including data processing and visual display capabilities intended to simplify sample analysis and streamline data review.
