Mouse intestine cryosection showing basement membranes labeled with chicken IgY anti-fibronectin antibody and Alexa Fluor® 488 Goat Anti–Chicken IgG antibody (A11039, green). Goblet cells and crypt cells were labeled with Alexa Fluor® 594 wheat germ agglutinin (W11262, red). The microvillar brush border and smooth muscle layers were visualized with Alexa Fluor® 680 phalloidin (A22286, pseudocolored purple). The section was counterstained with DAPI (D1306, D3571, D21490, blue).
