Adherent cells from human peripheral blood stained with the SYTO® 13 dye (Cat. no. S7575), one of the six visible light–excitable cell-permeant nucleic acid stains in our SYTO® Green Fluorescent Nucleic Acid Stain Sampler Kit #1 (Cat. no. S7572). The multilobed nuclei of these polymorphonuclear leukocytes are particularly striking in this field of view.
