Nuclear deformation of an apoptotic cell visualized with the SYTOX® Green dye (S7020). Bovine pulmonary artery endothelial cells were treated with camptothecin for 24 hours, stained with the SYTOX® Green nucleic acid stain and photographed using a fluorescence microscope equipped with a bandpass filter set designed for fluorescein-like dyes.
