Thermo Scientific RNA phosphoramidites are built to meet the varying needs of oligonucleotide manufacturers for the development of therapeutic, diagnostic, and research applications. We offer TheraPure, standard, and fast deprotect phosphoramidites. 

• TheraPure phosphoramidites undergo additional quality control release testing and are compared with our standard phosphoramidites, helping to ensure that impurities and residual solvents are controlled to the stringent levels required by our customers for their oligo therapeutics.
• Standard phosphoramidites support the quality and reliability suitable for routine oligonucleotide synthesis.
• Fast deprotect phosphoramidites allow the removal of base protecting groups under mild or accelerated conditions without the need for special reagents. 

Quality manufacturing and regulatory documentation

Processes are monitored from material procurement through final QC and product release for batch-to-batch reproducibility. Purity of each phosphoramidite lot is assessed by HPLC-MS, GC, ³¹P NMR, as well as Karl Fischer oven titration. Our rigorously controlled manufacturing processes help minimize levels of reactive P(III) impurities which could be incorporated into the oligonucleotide during synthesis and result in the accumulation of by-products.
