QuantiGene Plex assays provide a fast and high-throughput solution for targeted multiplexed gene expression quantitation, allowing for the simultaneous measurement of up to 80 genes of interest in a single well of a 96- or 384-well plate. This “lyse-and go” solution does not require RNA purification and works for a variety of sample types including cultured cells, fresh frozen tissue, formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue specimens, and whole blood samples.
