The computer requirements are as follows:

• Minimum: 2.4 GHz CPU or faster
• 1 GB RAM
• 120 GB hard disk space*

*Hard drive requirements will vary depending on how much space is allocated to the Oracle Database. Having a large hard drive will allow for database expansion should the database fill up.

GeneMapper® Software 5 has been extensively tested on Windows® 7 SP1 (32-bit version). While there are some indications that software will run normally on the 64-bit version of Windows® 7 SP1, the 64-bit configuration is not officially supported. If installing on the instrument computer, the update will require a new computer and upgrading of the Data Collection Software as well.

The primary updates in GeneMapper Software 6 are the following:
- GeneMapper Software 6 supports installation on Microsoft Windows 7 Professional and Microsoft Windows 10 Professional (64-bit) operating systems.
- GeneMapper Software 6 allows only administrative users to use Delete All Audit Records option. For non-admin users, this option is disabled.
- GeneMapper Software 6 has an enhanced Sample Information View to show consumables information.

No, the TrueMark MSI Assay Analysis Software is designed exclusively for use with and custom designed around the panel used in our TrueMark MSI Assay.

TrueMark MSI Assay data can be analyzed in GeneMapper Software, but a tumor-normal match must be run and there is no automated calling. We recommend using the full solution for the TrueMark MSI Assay which includes the new TrueMark MSI Assay Analysis Software.
