The MAX-Bev system is a fully-integrated online monitoring system, capable of simultaneous, accurate measurement of CO₂ absolute purity and more than 20 impurities down to ppb levels. Engineered for demanding environments, it uses proven Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, providing reliable “hands-off” operation day in and day out. This means no more time spent tinkering with outdated instruments like UV fluorescence analyzers that are finicky and prone to breakdowns. Since CO₂ purity is directly measured by the MAX-Bev system, alongside the impurities, it also saves the operator considerable time and avoids unreliable wet chemistry techinques.

The MAX-Bev is a fully integrated on-line CO₂ monitoring system providing fast, accurate measurements of sensory active and harmful impurities in CO₂.
The design incorporates complete control of the input process gas streams from all points of the carbonation process (delivery tanker, pre- and post- filtration), along with zero gas and validation gas.
Software control is via the large front panel touchscreen or keyboard. Common communication protocols for data logging are used for easy incorporation into existing plant designs, and impurities observed in the Bev-gas are quickly detected, speciated, and quantified.
