1. General Catalogue Products: If you are purchasing a general catalogue product, these Terms and Conditions of Sale apply. In addition to the Terms and Conditions of Sale, additional terms will apply if (a) the product you are purchasing is an instrument requiring warranty or post warranty instrument services; or (b) the product or services you are purchasing is subject to Supplementary Terms.
2. Services:
   • Custom Solutions Services: If you arepurchasing custom laboratory products and/or custom laboratory services, these Terms and Conditions for Custom Research Solutions apply to your order.
   • Instrument Services: If you are purchasing or requesting warranty or post warranty instrument services, these Instrument Services Terms and Conditionsapply.Note that if you purchased an instrument that includes warranty services, theTerms and Conditions of Saleapply in addition to theseInstrument Services Terms and Conditions.
   • Ion AmpliSeq Consultation Services: If you are purchasing Ion AmpliSeq™ consultation services, these AmpliSeq Consultation Services Terms and Conditionsapply.
3. Supplementary Terms: If you are purchasing (a) certain bioproduction products from Life Technologies Corporation and/or Advanced Scientifics, Inc., including but not limited to, Gibco and Invitrogen-branded bioproduction products; (b) Invitrogen™ GeneArt™ products; (c) Ion AmpliSeq™ products; (d) Applied Biosystems™ TaqMan® products; or (e) laboratory chemicals labelled Alfa Aesar, Acros Organics, Maybridge or Thermo Scientific then, in addition to the Terms and Conditions of Sale, one or more of the following Supplementary Terms also apply to your order:
   • Bioproduction Products: If you are purchasing Bioproduction Products, in addition to the Terms and Conditions of Sale, these Bioproduction Product Terms and Conditions apply to your order.
   • GeneArt: If you are purchasing Invitrogen™ GeneArt™ services, in addition to the Terms and Conditions of Sale, these GeneArt Synthesis Conditions of Saleapply to your order.
   • Ion AmpliSeq Products:If you are purchasing kits, reagents, or consumables that contain Ion AmpliSeq, in addition to the Terms and Conditions of Sale, these AmpliSeq Terms apply to your order.
   • TaqMan Products: If you are purchasing kits, reagents, or consumables that contain Applied Biosystems™ TaqMan® assays, primers or probes, in addition to the Terms and Conditions of Sale, these TaqMan Terms apply to your order.  
   • Laboratory Chemicals: If you are purchasing laboratory chemicals that are labelled with the names Alfa Aesar, Acros Organics, Maybridge, or Thermo Scientific, in addition to the Terms and Conditions of Sale, theseLaboratory Chemicals Products Supplementary Terms and Conditions apply to your order.

Goods ordered are not subject to the return without reasons in seven days.

In case that any goods are damaged or defective on delivery, please contact Customer Services within 5 days receipt. All products sold on this website MUST NOT be used for human or animals’ clinical diagnostic or treatment, should only be used for non-clinical purpose like industrial, research etc. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SELLER LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT THE BUYER PAID.
