Facilitating High-Throughput, Large Cohort Proteomic Analyses Using an Integrated Software Solution

Are you struggling to manage the large volume of data, manage instrument time and utilization, and analyze proteomics datasets in a high throughput, automated fashion? It is now easier than ever to manage and automate your proteomics workflows. In this webinar, we demonstrate the capabilities of the Thermo Scientific Ardia Platform and take you through a real-world example involving 1100 felid blood cell samples that includes sample preparation with the Thermo Scientific AccelerOme system, data acquisition utilizing the Thermo Scientific Orbitrap Astral Mass Spectrometer, and finally, automated analysis using Thermo Scientific Proteome Discoverer software powered by the Ardia Platform.

This really is a must-watch presentation for scientists in the proteomics field. Register to discover the transformative power of an integrated data management and analysis solution for large scale proteomics experiments.

Learning objectives

  • Examine how to leverage software to streamline and automate your proteomics workflows

  • Review the seamless integration of the Ardia Platform and applications like Thermo Scientific Xcalibur and Proteome Discoverer software and the added functionality gained

  • See a demonstration of how the Orbitrap Astral MS is ideally suited for high-throughput, large cohort proteomic experiments

About the presenters
