Eliminate disruptions to your routine analytical work with the Thermo Scientific Vanquish Core HPLC system. No matter which systems you currently use, switching to Vanquish Core is simple and seamless. A full suite of method transfer tools, including tunable gradient delay volume, makes adoption easy. Like all members of our Vanquish product line, Vanquish Core HPLC systems offer hardware precision, detector sensitivity, and simplicity of operation.
The unique, tunable gradient delay volume (GDV) and multiple thermostatting modes help refine separations to match the originating system. Users can tune the idle volume without replumbing or requalifying the system.
Thermo Scientific SmartFlow pumping technology includes automatic compensation for changes in eluent compressibility to ensure flow and gradient precision, independent of eluent composition and backpressure. The pump can operate up to 700 bar and is available in binary, quaternary, and dual-gradient options.
Two optional components are available to improve productivity, ensure compliance, and keep laboratories running smoothly. The Thermo Scientific Vanquish Solvent Monitor tracks solvent levels to prevent dry solvent channels and waste spills. Meanwhile, the touchscreen Vanquish User Interface provides visual monitoring of system status.
A variety of detection options ensure you can collect the most information from your separation. Our portfolio includes diode array detection, near-universal charged aerosol detection, fluorescence detection, mass spectrometric detection and more.
The Vanquish Core HPLC system is fitted with Thermo Scientific Viper fingertight fittings, which support near-zero dead volume connections and enable sharper peaks and tool-free setup.
The Vanquish Core HPLC system integrates with Thermo Scientific Chromeleon Chromatography Data System (CDS) with compliance tools, networking capabilities, automation, and data processing. We offer standard instrument integration (SII) packages to connect Thermo Scientific HPLC systems to other CDS and MS software programs.
The table below provides an overview of the Vanquish Core HPLC system specifications for a standard setup. Not all specifications are listed.
