Our organization has been serving our customers for more than 50 years and our engineers have an average of 18 years of experience operating and maintaining instruments we service. Each field engineer who works on your instrument is OEM factory trained and certified on that specific instrument, so you can be confident in your audit-readiness with regular service. You will receive consistent, high-quality installation, maintenance and repair for your lab water purification system with the world-class expertise of the Unity Lab Services team.  

Service plans

Your lab equipment performance is crucial to the overall productivity of your lab, and there’s no time for downtime when it comes to science. Unity Lab Services lab equipment service plans offer a 50% faster response and up to 50% remote resolution when compared to customers without a service plan.

 

Service plan customers also get priority access to our original equipment manufacturer (OEM) trained and certified technical specialists through enhanced remote support tools — you’ll get front-of-the-line service from our experts who know your equipment best. For repairs requiring on-site corrective services, we offer faster varied response targets to meet your unique needs.

 

Finally, our service plans ensure you receive annual preventive maintenance to help increase equipment uptime, so you can feel confident that your equipment is performing according to specifications.
