Terrific broth (TB) is a nutritionally rich medium for the growth of bacteria (Tartoff, et al., 1987). The formulation of TB medium contains increased concentrations of peptone, yeast extract, and glycerol as a carbon source. We offer TB media in both powder and ready-to-use liquid formats for convenience and ease of use.
