Analyze data generated from QuantiGene Plex (QGP) assays with two freely available software options: QuantiGene Plex Data Analysis Software and Applied Biosystems Transcriptome Analysis Console (TAC) Software. These powerful software applications provide streamlined analysis and advanced visualization so you can get the most out of your data.
QuantiGene Plex Data Analysis Software (Thermo Fisher Connect) introduces an improved workflow that provides customization capabilities for normalization and analysis of gene expression data generated using the QuantiGene Plex assay. Data from QuantiGene Plex Data Analysis Software can be exported into Transcriptome Analysis Console (TAC) Software for advanced analysis.
QuantiGene Plex Data Analysis Software is free software available through Connect, the Thermo Fisher Scientific cloud-based platform, that provides easy-to-follow workflows to improve data analysis of QuantiGene Plex assays. Data collected from QuantiGene Plex assays can be exported to Connect and conveniently accessed via web whenever an internet connection is available. Each Connect account offers 1 TB of cloud storage at no charge.
