The ProFlex™ PCR System combines the reliability and performance you’ve come to expect from Applied Biosystems® thermal cyclers with the flexible configuration and control features that fit how you work today.

The only thermal cycler that allows simultaneous remote access by three users to control three independent blocks, the ProFlex™ PCR System helps keep your lab's PCR experiments visible, controllable, and on track.

Accessible to use
The ProFlex™ PCR System has a triple block (3 x 32 wells) that can be used by one user or shared by different users for 3 different cycling conditions—even at three different times. This makes it really easy for you to share the ProFlex™ PCR System with others in your crowded or busy lab and to move on quickly to your next task.
Flexible blocks
The ProFlex™ PCR System has 4 different blocks that can be changed with the flip of a switch, including the first-of-its-kind 3 x 32-well independent block. This block allows up to 3 experiments to be run simultaneously, completely independently of each other and without interference. In August of this year, a dual 96-well block for your high-throughput sequencing needs and a dual flat block will be available to support the digital arrays used with our QuantStudio™ 3D Digital PCR System.

The ProFlex™ PCR System has a new, state-of-the-art graphical user interface for easy programming and quick checks of your run status at the bench. Simulation modes now make the transition from previous thermal cyclers to the ProFlex™ System simple, accurate, and efficient.
