Question

When updating firmware using ePort, my 1405 installer program hangs and doesn't load the new file. How would I correct the issue?

Answer

Recent changes to Microsoft Windows Security interfere with the installer program. You must disable 'Windows firewall'. If you have a wireless network adapter, you must disable the wireless adapter temporarily.
