Attune Focusing Fluid

The Attune Focusing Fluid is a buffered azide-free support/carrier reagent (sterile) optimized for transporting particles through the Attune NxT Flow Cytometer. The focusing fluid provides the balance of total flow solution through the interrogation chamber and aids in maintaining system cleanliness. The solution contains a surfactant to help clean the fluid lines and to minimize bubble formation. The Attune NxT Focusing Fluid Filter prevents contaminants from getting into the focusing fluid reservoir.  

Attune Wash Solution

The Attune Wash Solution is an optimized cleaning buffer (sterile) that is used to maintain cleanliness of the fluidics lines, minimizing contamination or carryover. The Attune Wash Solution has been formulated to remove cellular debris, prevent protein building up, and minimize dyes sticking to the fluidics lines of the system. It is recommended for use during the routine maintenance and automated shutdown procedures of the Attune NxT Flow Cytometer.

Attune Shutdown Solution

The Attune Shutdown Solution is a cleaning buffer (sterile) that is used in the automated shutdown procedure for the Attune NxT Flow Cytometer. This azide-free shutdown solution has been formulated to minimize bubble formulation that can occur in the system lines overnight, to help keep the fluid lines clean, and to minimize microbial growth in the fluid lines.

Attune Performance Tracking Beads

The Attune Performance Tracking Beads are designed to automatically characterize, track, and report the performance of the Attune NxT Flow Cytometer daily and over time. Regular calibration of the instrument with the beads ensures the accuracy and sensitivity of the instrument and allows easy identification of potential shifts or trends in instrument performance. The beads are provided at a concentration of 5 x 106 beads/mL.

Attune NxT Sample Syringe

The Attune NxT Sample Syringe is used with the fluidics system of the Attune NxT Flow Cytometer to move sample to the flow cell. Replacement of this syringe is recommended as part of instrument maintenance.

Attune NxT External Fluid Supply

The Attune NxT External Fluid Supply (EFS) is designed to facilitate the use of a larger buffer and waste container. The system works by monitoring and supplying the internal fluid tanks on the Attune NxT instrument so that the system can run without having to stop the instrument operation to change out the fluid tanks or empty the waste. The external fluid system uses the 10 L cube of Attune Focusing Fluid and a Nalgene waste bottle. The Attune NxT External Fluid Supply is ideal for use with the Attune NxT Autosampler and enables the collection of approximately 40 96-well or 10 384-well plates without changing the fluid tanks.
