CloneMiner™ II cDNA Library Construction Kit

The innovative CloneMiner™ II library construction technology combines SuperScript® III Reverse Transcriptase with Gateway® technology to produce highly representative cDNA libraries without restriction enzyme cloning.  This enables the discovery of previously unobtainable, fully intact clones.  The kit also avoids the use of lengthy and inefficient ligation reactions, making library construction faster and offering more complete representation.
