  1. Sign in to your account to view account-specific pricing, easier checkout, and to re-order products.

  1. New customer?
    Go to thermofisher.com/signin and click on the Create an account link on the right side. Complete all required information and click Submit Registration. You’ll receive a registration confirmation within 24-48 hours.

  1. Find the products you need.

  1. 3a. Search for a specific product.

  1. 3b. Shop by application: life sciences, applied sciences, or clinical.

  1. 3c. Shop all products is also available in the top navigation.

  1. 3d. Use product selection guides to help you decide which products you need.

  1. 3e. If you know the products and/or product numbers, you can add these products to your cart through the Quick Order button at the top of the website.

  1. On the product page, choose the quantity and click Add To Cart.

  1. When you’re ready to place your order, click View cart and checkout. Your cart is located at the top right of the website.

    Note: carts created on previous visits will be located in the Orders section of your account.

  1. If you have a quote or promotion, please enter it in the right-hand box and click Apply. A message will confirm that the quote has been applied to the order successfully.

    Note: You can store one P or D quote in your profile.

  1. Proceed to checkout by clicking Begin Checkout. You'll be able to review your shipping and billing details for your order.
  1. 7a.Select the correct shipping address (may be different then your default).

  2. 7b.To create a new ship-to address, click new address

    Note: New Address requests can take up to two business days to process.

  1. Proceed to payment by clicking Proceed to Payment.
  1. 8a. The purchase order field is required;you can indicate any reference number for quotation purposes.

  2. 8b. An option to add your credit card details can also be used (in select countries, where applicable).

  3. 8c. Submit any additional requests in the Special instructions box.

  4. Note:Information entered here will be reviewed and will cause a delay in your order. Additional emails can also be added to the order.

  1. Once your order has been reviewed, place your order by clicking Submit Order..

  1. Once your order has been placed successfully you will receive an Order Number and an email confirmation will be sent to the email address in your account.
  1. 10a.By clicking Continue Shopping you will be taken to the Shop All Products landing page.

  1. On the Orders page, you can check order status and see tracking numbers for processed orders.

    Note: If you need to view invoices from web orders, click on see all orders and request invoices, below your list of recent orders.
  1. 11a. Easily reorder any past order by clicking the gr een Reorder button to the right of the or der number.

  1. From the Your Account screen, you can access and edit your Profile, view past order information, retrieve invoices, access favorites lists, tools and calculators, Instrument Management, and much more.

  1. Click Generate Web Quote, which will create a PDF version of your quote.

  1. A PDF will be created, based on the products located in your current cart. Click save or open to view your quotation, with the option to then print once opened.

  1. Once your order has been reviewed, place your order by clicking Submit Order..

  1. Once your order has been placed successfully you will receive an Order Number and an email confirmation will be sent to the email address in your account.
  1. 10a.By clicking Continue Shopping you will be taken to the Shop All Products landing page.

  1. On the Orders page, you can check order status and see tracking numbers for processed orders.

  1. 11a. Easily reorder any past order by clicking the green Reorder button tothe right of the order number.

  1. From the Your Account screen, you can access and edit your Profile, view past order information, retrieve invoices, access favorites lists, tools and calculators, Instrument Management, and much more.

Easily access your saved web quotes in your online account - allowing you to quickly proceed with putting in your order showing your acccount specific pricing and stock availability.

  1. Your web quotation can be found in the saved cart list in your online account.

    Note: The quote name will start with W - indicating a web quote.


  1. Click on the quote number in the Cart name column to view the products in your cart. Click Begin Checkout to proceed with ordering or click Transfer Control of Cart to transfer the cart contents to another online user.



Easily access your invoices in your online account - allowing you to quickly share the invoice with others, reorder your products, showing your acccount specific pricing and stock availability.

  1. Enter up to 4 email addresses where you want invoices to be sent, and click on Request Invoice.

a. Sign in, click on Account, then Recent Orders at the top of the screen.

b. Click on the order number to view order details, then click on the relevant tracking number to see the status.

b. Go to your Profile section, click on Billing & Shipping Addresses, and Add a New Address
c. Enter your new shipping address in the new address request form. You also can select from any billing addresses that already are associated to your online account.

    i. Your details will be confirmed and then your order will be placed.

2. Upgrade now by filling out your billing & shipping details

Update my account

a. Sign in, to your account to view account-specific pricing and information, and for easier checkout.

i. New customer? Register for an account. Once you submit your registration, a Customer Care representative will create your account.

b. When you find the product you’re looking for "Add to Cart"

c. View cart when you're ready to order. Your cart is located at the top right of the website. Note: carts created on previous visits will be located on the "My Activity" page.

d. Click on "View Cart" to access your Cart page where you can apply P or D quotes, or marketing promotion codes.

i. If you have a quote or promotion, please enter it in the right-hand box and click "Apply." A message will confirm that the quote has been applied to the order successfully. You can store one P or D quote in your profile.

e. Proceed to checkout by clicking "Begin Checkout." Here you'll be able to review your shipping and billing details for your order.

  1. Sign in to your account on Lifetechnologies.com
  2. Click on Account, then Order from the top navigation bar.
  3. Click on See All Orders & Request invoice and then Request invoice.
  4. Enter up to 4 email addresses where you want invoices to be sent, and click on Request Invoice.

Request an invoice

To request an invoice for an order not placed online or visible in your Recent Orders, contact the Customer Service Department.
