The TrueMark SARS-CoV-2, Flu A, Flu B, RSV Select Panel is a comprehensive research assay for the detection and differentiation of four common respiratory viruses: SARS-CoV-2, influenza A, influenza B, and RSV. This single-tube multiplex PCR assay is designed for use with common upper respiratory sample types, such as nasopharyngeal and anterior nasal swabs. The panel helps ensure sample collection integrity through an RNase P internal control. The kit is part of a complete recommended workflow solution, including sample extraction, real-time PCR, reagents, and software.


TrueMark Respiratory I Plus Combo Kit

The TrueMark Respiratory I Plus panel, included in the kit, is composed of duplexed TaqMan assays that enable convenient research and detection of various microorganisms, including adenovirus, enterovirus, influenza A (Pan), influenza B, respiratory syncytial virus A/B, rhinovirus, human metapneumovirus, SARS-CoV-2, and an internal control. The array card includes 44 TaqMan assays that have been optimized for detection of 41 respiratory tract viral, bacterial, and fungal microbes, including two assays that target SARS-CoV-2.

The TrueMark Respiratory Panel 2.0, OpenArray plate, is an efficient, easy-to-use fixed-content OpenArray plate for the characterization and research of key respiratory tract microbial targets. The plate includes 35 TaqMan assays that have been optimized for detection of 32 respiratory tract viral and bacterial microbes, including two assays that target SARS-CoV-2. The plate also includes control assays for TaqMan Universal Extraction Control Organism (B. atrophaeus), TaqMan Universal RNA Spike In/Reverse Transcription (Xeno) Control, and the human RNase P RPPH1 gene.
