The HID Professional Services (HPS) team has the depth of experience and expertise to meet your specific workflow needs. The group is available to support customers nearly anywhere worldwide and works closely with local Thermo Fisher support teams, including field application specialists (FAS) and distributors, to enable a seamless experience before, during, and after HPS projects. HPS has been conducting validation services globally since 2007. The team has completed over 400 projects (validations, performance checks, robotic integrations, laboratory-wide systems integrations, and turnkey projects) for forensic sites and law enforcement agencies in the United States, Latin America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and Australia.
