The following protocols can be used for either the MagMAX Viral/Pathogen Kit (MVP I) and MagMAX Viral/Pathogen II Kit (MVP II) for SARS-CoV-2 testing, which supports sample input volume reduction of 400 μL to 200 μL, and reduction from 3 wash steps to 2 wash steps. Protocols can be downloaded for the KingFisher Flex 96 Deep-well Head (5400630).
