Unity Lab Services is the only original equipment manufacturer (OEM) service provider that offers this industry-exclusive guarantee. If a key component of your centrifuge fails while under the original warranty or a qualified service plan, we will requalify the centrifuge at no charge, to ensure the equipment maintains compliance.*

 

*This guarantee does not cover optional repairs, relocations, consumables, or situations where a qualification test is interrupted due to customer intervention, power loss, or other situation out of the control of a factory-qualified field service engineer. Cycle testing

This special point-in-time test exercise at a predefined duration goes beyond standard monitoring of speed, time, and temperature to ensure that your centrifuge is performing as intended.

This set of standard procedures ensures that the centrifuge performance is at or near the same levels as when it was installed, to help you get the most out of your investment.

 

Calibration

Be prepared for your next audit by leveraging a global calibration infrastructure. Periodically verify that the centrifuge is producing accurate results within specified limits. We perform calibration by comparing results to traceable reference standards of measurement. Our services comply with ISO/IEC 17025 standards for assurance that results are both precise and accurate.
