Next generation Invitrogen protein immunoassays utilize promixity-based amplification technology, recent advances combine the sensitivity and dynamic range of qPCR amplification with the specificity of antibodies for protein detection. Using your existing qPCR instrument, you are now able to measure protein expression as well.
ProQuantum high-sensitivity immunoassays is a next-generation line of complete, ready-to-use kits to measure target-specific proteins. Using matched antibody pairs, the protein of interest is captured and amplified with Taqman qPCR. Kits come with all the reagents and standards needed to run a 2 hour, no-wash assay to measure a specific protein target. Analysis software is available as a desktop or free cloud-enabled version. ProQuantum immunoassays provide an easy, scalable and affordable method to measure small sample volumes with high specificity and sensitivity. Available off the shelf or with custom assay development options.

Revolutionary TaqMan® Protein Assays combine the sensitive, specific protein-binding capabilities of antibodies with the superior relative quantitation capabilities of 5' nuclease real-time PCR. They enable fast, easy identification and relative quantification of proteins from small sample sizes or limited numbers of cells-all in a homogeneous assay format.
With the TaqMan® Protein Assays Open Kit, you can make your own TaqMan® Protein Assay from biotinylated antibodies for your protein of interest.

The Protein Thermal Shift (PTS) research solution, made up of Protein Thermal Shift reagents and software, is a new application for our qPCR instruments, whereby the melting functionality is applied to protein thermal melt experiments.
The new Protein Thermal Shift Analysis Software and Reagents enable high throughput screening of proteins to measure their thermal-stability as well as to identify ligands, mutations, modifications, or buffer conditions that increase a protein’s stability as measured by the melting temperature (Tm). This new capability significantly reduces the time and cost for screening samples for these applications relative to currently available methods.
