Supported instruments

Services Central currently supports Thermo Fisher Scientific instruments and equipment installed on 1/1/2010 or later in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States. *

 

Analytical instruments:

  1. Atomic absorption
  2. Automated sample prep
  3. Discrete analyzers
  4. Liquid, gas, and ion chromatography
  5. Mass spectrometry (MS)—includes LC-, GC-, ICP-, IC-, and inorganic MS
  6. Spectroscopy—FT-IR, NIR, Raman, UV/Vis, microvolume UV-Vis, NMR

 

Lab equipment:

  1. Baths and circulators
  2. Biological safety cabinets and hoods
  3. Centrifuges—benchtop, general-purpose, high-speed, ultra-speed, industrial
  4. Chillers
  5. Environmental chambers
  6. Freezers—cryo systems (–196° to –130°C), lab freezers (–40° to –10°C), ultra-low temperature freezers (–80° to –40°C)
  7. Incubators—dry bath, CO2, microbiological, plant growth, and refrigerated
  8. Lab ovens and furnaces
  9. Refrigerators—blood storage, chromatography, flammable materials, refrigerator/freezer combinations, standard laboratory, vaccine/medicine storage
  10. Rockers and shakers
  11. Thermo Scientific Savant SpeedVac Vacuum Concentrators
  12. Water purification: ultrapure, pure, reverse osmosis, distilled, and cartridge

 

Only analytical instruments are supported in the United States.

 

Any instruments or equipment uploaded that are not supported will not be recognized by Services Central at this time.

 

If you have an Asset Management program with Unity Lab Services, please do not use Services Central and continue to manage your service requests as normal via ULS Asset Manager.

Add supported instruments and equipment by going to "Add instruments" and use their serial numbers to add them to Services Central.
