Ductless fume hoods offer flexibility and mobility without sacrificing safety and quality. They provide a safe work environment for lab staff working with certain acids and chemicals without the need for complicated fixed installation.

 

TopAir Ductless Fume Hoods are made of high-quality non-corrosive polypropylene with excellent chemical resistance that regular metal hoods cannot compete with. They are available with a variety of HEPA and carbon filters with convenient front access for replacement and an exhaust point for connecting a second filter or an external exhaust. An XL model with an extra filter is also available.

Fume hood features

TopAir provides an Advanced Operation System with their MID and PRO series which includes an hour counter for filter replacement, an air velocity display, and a state-of-the-art Red Light Alarm which illuminates the inside of the hood with a red light when any kind of failure occurs, enabling convenient detection of failures from a distance, even by people with hearing issues.

 

Advanced VAV (Variable Air Volume) system

PRO models only. The hood includes an advanced VAV (Variable Air Volume) system which measures the product’s air velocity using a high-quality sensor and adjusts the air velocity speed to the relevant standard.

 

Maximum energy savings are enabled by flexibly adjusting the fan speed (high/low) as needed. The system features a high safety level, displaying real-time air velocity and providing alarms for low velocity levels, thus reducing the fume hood’s noise level.

 

Red light alarm

A red light inside the unit switches on whenever there is any kind of a failure (including chemicals or air velocity failures) while the system light switches off. This enables convenient detection of failures, even by people with hearing issues, and from a distance.

 

Chemical sensor alarm

PRO models only. Samples the chemical level after filtration, displays PPM results, and alerts upon low filtration efficiency.

Ductless Fume Hood-MID

Topair’s Polypropylene Ductless Fume Hood-MID provides a safe work environment for lab staff working with acids and harsh chemicals.

 

The Ductless Fume Hood-MID offers all the basic functionalities, such as 5” colour touch screen, 10-speed fan, hour counter for filter, and filter replacement alarms, in addition to an air velocity display and alarm.

Ductless Fume Hood-PRO

Ductless fume hoods offer flexibility and mobility without sacrificing on safety and quality. TopAir Polypropylene Ductless Fume Hood-PRO offers innovative safety features including a red-light alarm indicator, chemical sensor alarm to detect filter failure and saturation, and filter replacement reminders.

 

Includes all the features of the MID model as well as a chemical sensor alarm and Automatic Airflow Control (VAV). The VAV varies the air velocity depending on sash opening and adjusts the internal fan speed accordingly to save energy, reduce noise, and improve cabinet performance.
