Human iPSC staining.

Human iPSCs cultured under feeder-free conditions in StemPro® hESC Medium (A1000701) were fixed and permed using the Image-IT® Fixation/Permeabilization Kit (R37602). Cells were stained using mouse anti-Tra1-60 primary antibody, Alexa Fluor® 594 Goat Anti-Mouse (A11005) and NucBlue™ Fixed Cell Stain (R37606). Following staining, slides were mounted in ProLong® Gold Antifade reagent (P36934) and imaged on FLoid™ Cell Imaging Station (4471136).
