Neon Transfection System Cell Line Data and Transfection Parameters

The table below contains a listing of the cell lines and primary cells successfully electroporated with the Neon Transfection System (or the predecessor instrument the Microporator MP-100). The hyperlinked cell line names take you to a PDF that gives:

1. General information about the cell line or primary cell
2. Electroporation parameters used
3. Transfection efficiency and survival rate achieved
4. Brightfield and fluorescence microscopy images of the cells following electroporation

How to use the cell lines table

Use the dropdown to select the cell types to view. You can choose to view all cell types together ("All types") or you can restrict the table to show cell type subsets (for example: "Blood/Immune", "Epithelial cells", "Stem cells" etc.).

For "All types" and for "Blood/Immune" and "Epithelial cells" categories, you have the option of entering a search term to refine the table results further.
