How to change my billing and shipping address?

1 Sign in , click on Account, Profile.

2 Under Shipping & billing click on Add a new address.

3 Enter your new shipping & billing address in the new address request form.

You also can Edit or Request a new address in the Cart during checkout. If you place an order with the newly requested address(es), your order will not be processed until the new address(es) are validated, which usually takes a few days. The new addresses will be tagged with “pending,” which means pending address validation.

*Please use a valid company or institution address. We are unable to ship to apartments, P.O. boxes, or personal addresses.

How to update my profile information?

Within your account you can update your contact and mailing information, payment methods and password within the Profile section.

1 You will need to sign in if you are not already logged in.

2 Once signed in go to the upper right link labeled your Account.

3 Then click on profile

4 Click the edit pencil and update info needed.

How to generate web quotes?

Sign in to your Account. In order to view account-specific prices, you will need to have your account linked to your organization’s account number. If you have just registered for an account and requested account linking, it can take up to 48 hours for your account to be activated.

Add the products to your cart you want to include in your quote. If you have an additional quote or promotional code, apply it to your cart.

Select the Generate web quote button, which will create a printable/savable PDF of your web quote.

How to place an order using a web quote?

Your web quotation can be found in your Account, within Saved Carts. The quote name will start with W - indicating a web quote. Select the quote number to view the products in your quote/cart.

Checkout to complete the ordering process. You can also transfer your cart/quote contents to another online user by selecting Transfer control of cart.

How to track my orders?

Sign in, and click on Account :

- Click Recent Orders at the top of the screen.
- Filter results by a purchase order number, order number, ship-to account number, or date range
- You can track your order status by opening order details

Use the Single order lookup tool to view the most up-to-date information available for each product in your orders, even if the orders weren’t placed online.

- From the top navigation bar, go to Sign In > Check Order Status
- Enter your Order number, Postal code, and select View order details

How to report an issue with an order or return an item?

Log in and go to your Account and find the order within Recent Orders. Expand the order using the “+” sign on the right-hand side. Select Returns or Issues, then complete and submit the information requested. Your submission will be reviewed by a customer care representative who will get back to you about next steps. 

How to obtain a copy of my invoice or dispatch notes?

1 Sign in to your account on thermofisher.com.

Click on Account, from the Recent Orders section, find the order, and click on Download invoice(s) or Dispatch notes. Enter up to four email addresses where you'd like the documents sent.
