On-site service for microplate readers
Our AB Protection Plan will help keep your laboratory running smoothly with preventive maintenance and proactive instrument monitoring as well as fast repair turnaround time. You will not be charged for replacement parts or labor fees if system trouble occurs, and will enjoy the highest priority access to our technical support during standard business hours.

You can add qualification services to complement your service plan so that you can be confident that your instruments are operating and performing according to manufacturer’s specifications. Secure the documentation that supports regulatory requirements and industry standards for instrument compliance, delivered by your instrument’s original manufacturer.
Installation Qualification (IQ)—provides documented evidence and verification that the instrument has been delivered and installed according to manufacturer’s specifications.
Operational Qualification (OQ)—provides documented verification that the instrument subsystems are operating as designed. Verifies that the functionality of an instrument meets the manufacturer’s operational specifications.
Field Application Scientist (FAS) Consultation

Standard and extended warranty
During the 1-year system warranty period, all costs for travel shipping, labor, and parts for repairs are covered. When you purchase your instrument, check with your sales representative to see if an extended warranty package (including both instrument and warranty extension) is available.
