TaqMan hPSC Scorecard Panel Instrument Requirements
Several Applied Biosystems real-time PCR platforms are compatible with the TaqMan hPSC Scorecard Panel. If you already have any of these instruments installed you just need to download the template file (.edt or .sdt), import it into your instrument's data collection software, and then begin your experiment:

Set up for hPSC Scorecard data collection in 3 easy steps!
1. Load your template file
Download the corresponding template file below and open it in the instrument software. The template file contains all of the necessary cycling parameters and sample names to save you time and make sure the instrument is set up correctly.

2. Insert your plate and Go!
Insert your TaqMan hPSC Scorecard plate into the instrument and start the run.

3. Save your data and analyze
After the run is complete, just save your data in a desired location, and you are done. All of the data analysis can be performed by the TaqMan hPSC Scorecard Data Analysis software.
