TaqMan Array Gene Signature Plates
Applied Biosystems™ TaqMan Assays (TaqMan 探針及 PCR 引物組) 是基因表達分析的黃金標準，具備高專一性、高靈敏度、廣泛動態範圍等優點。
TaqMan Array Plate 內含乾燥形式的 TaqMan Assays 以及內源對照組，直接加入 Master Mix 及 cDNA 樣本即可，能減少多餘的移液步驟並降低最大程度的操作誤差。多種預設計的基因套組 (panel) 提供選擇，適用於特定生物途徑、生物標記物或疾病狀態的相關研究。
也可根據您的實驗需求，從涵蓋 32 物種 >280 萬預設計的 TaqMan Assays 中挑選您的基因目標，形成客製化 TaqMan Array Plate 。
