Our rigid support containers are qualified for storage and shipment of sterile process liquids in bioprocess containers.

Cleanable—Polypropylene construction with smooth, easy-to-clean surfaces
Reusable—Robust design and sturdy construction allows for multiple uses
Stackable—easy storage both empty and full

Validated systems for transporting sterile process liquids in volumes up to 1,000 L

Applications:

Media and buffer storage and transport within a facility
Feeding media into bioreactors and buffers into purification systems
Receiving and storing of harvest from bioreactors
Shipping bioprocess liquids to another site when proper packing and dunnage is utilized

These in-process outer containers are designed to fit Thermo Scientific™ BioProcess Container (BPC) systems for use in biopharmaceutical and bioproduction applications. These applications include buffer and media preparation, sampling, pooling of non-sterile solutions and fluids, feeding sterile media into bioreactors and buffers into purification systems, and receiving and storage of harvest.
