POROS non-affinity chromatography columns are designed for reverse phase, anion exchange and cation exchange chromatography of peptides, proteins, polynucleotides and other biomolecules in the high-resolution separation mode.  They consist of polymeric packing of cross-linked poly[styrene-divinylbenzene] flow-through particles for rapid mass transport.
