Supported Instruments and Equipment

Supported instruments

Services Central currently supports Thermo Fisher Scientific instruments installed on 1/1/2010 or later in the United States from the following instrument categories:

  • Liquid, gas and ion chromatography
  • Mass spectrometry (including LC-, GC-, ICP-, IC-, and inorganic MS)
  • Atomic absorption and optical emission spectroscopy
  • Automated sample prep
  • Discrete analyzers
  • Spectroscopy—FT-IR, NIR, Raman, UV/Vis, microvolume UV-Vis, NMR

 

Any instruments uploaded that are not supported will not be recognized by Services Central at this time.

 

If you have an Asset Management program with Unity Lab Services, please do not use Services Central and continue to manage your service requests as normal via ULS Asset Manager.

Sign in to your Thermo Fisher Scientific account or create a new account at thermofisher.com/servicescentral/login.

Add supported instruments and equipment by going to "Add instruments" and use their serial numbers to add them to Services Central.
